Uswatte to relaunch Chirpy Chips, a fun filled snack with 100% food value
Uswatte Confectionery Works Pvt Ltd. Sri Lanka’s oldest Confectionery manufacturer with over 68 years of offering high quality Confectionery delicacies and snack food, is thrilled to announce the revival of beloved potato chip brand, Chirpy Chips. The fun filled snack is meticulously manufactured using pure potato and promises 100% food value in every bite. Chirpy Chips were first introduced into the market in 1994 but were discontinued to due to government polices at the time, that paced restriction on the import of high-quality potatoes to the country.
Chirpy Chips are a very affordable and very convenient snack option that is crafted to not only satisfy hunger but immerse consumers in the flavour of natural ingredients from the very first bite. The chips are available in three flavours, Cheese & Onion, Salted and Hot N Spicy, and come multiple sizes including 16g at Rs.70, 24g at Rs.100, 50g at Rs.200 and 73g at Rs.300. Additionally, they are also the only brand of potato chip that will be available at local grocery stores and leading supermarkets.
