Under this new tender, Rootcode will be responsible for implementing numerous AI-driven products and platforms, as well as assisting Estonia in developing and refining its AI strategies.

Rootcode is currently developing core AI modules for Bürokratt, Estonia’s government-scale conversational AI platform. This platform enables government agencies to deliver seamless, AI-driven citizen services through intelligent conversational interfaces.
