Japan celebrates a decade of investment in Sri Lanka, its wholly owned subsidiary, Belluna Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., is deepening its long-standing commitment to South Asia – with Sri Lanka at its heart. The move reaffirms Belluna’s people-centred approach and positions Sri Lanka as the anchor of its regional vision.

This next chapter unfolds as the company expands across the Western and Uva provinces, moves forward with strategic interest in renewable energy, and lays early groundwork for entry into the Indian market in real estate and travel – supported by a projected investment of USD 60 million across the next five years, guided by a long-term vision for the region. Additionally, the opening of a new phase of apartment sales at 447 Luna marks an important milestone in Belluna Lanka’s residencies portfolio and the company’s ongoing growth.

The recent visit by the Belluna Japan leadership team reflects the ongoing spirit of partnership that defines the relationship between the two teams. The visit included dedicated moments with the wider Belluna Lanka team across sectors – coming together not only to reflect on the journey so far, but also to mark a meaningful new beginning. These moments of connection are a continuation of Belluna’s commitment to learning through presence and building something lasting together.
